LOWRIE, LANDO & ANASTASI, LLP NAMES FOUR NEW PARTNERS

Cambridge, MA, January 5, 2006 – Lowrie, Lando and Anastasi, LLP (LL&A), one of the fastest growing Intellectual Property law firms in Boston, has announced the election of four partners: Gary S. Engelson, Aaron W. Moore, Keith F. Noe, and Edward J. Russavage.

Gary S. Engelson

Gary was previously Of Counsel at LL&A, since joining the firm in June 2003. He has broad experience in all aspects of intellectual property counseling, transactions and prosecution. Gary has counseled a wide array of clients from major corporations to start-up enterprises, including Belden CDT, Inc., an industry leader in the field of cabling and connectivity components for the commercial communications market; and Zoran Corporation, a leading provider of digital solutions for the entertainment and imaging markets. He is a graduate of Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Suffolk University Law School.

Aaron W. Moore

Aaron has been associated with LL&A since joining the firm in June 2003. His experience includes all aspects of intellectual property litigation, counseling and transactions. Aaron has represented a variety of clients in a number of different technology areas, including Color Kinetics, Inc., a pioneer in solid-state lighting systems and technologies; Abiomed, Inc., a leader in circulatory support applications; and the Wheelabrator Group, Inc., a leading provider of surface treating technology and services. He is a graduate of Boston University College of Engineering and Boston University School of Law.

Keith F. Noe

Keith was previously Of Counsel at LL&A, since joining the firm in January 2004. His intellectual property counseling and transactional experience includes the development and management of large IP portfolios. Keith has counseled a wide spectrum of clients, from major corporations to start-up enterprises, including Cookson Electronics, a leader in PCB fabrication, PCB assembly and semiconductor packaging processes; and Speedline Technologies, an industry leader in the development and manufacture of product solutions for the electronics assembly and semiconductor packaging industries. He is a graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and Franklin Pierce Law Center.

Edward J. Russavage

Ed was previously an associate at LL&A, since joining the firm in June 2003. He has broad experience in all aspects of intellectual property counseling, including in the development of strategic IP development and portfolio management. Ed has counseled a variety of businesses in the networking, software and gaming fields, including Adesso Systems, Inc., a provider of end-to-end software platforms; Virtual Iron Software, providing enterprise-class data center virtualization and management software solutions; and Del.icio.us, a social bookmarking web service for storing and sharing web bookmarks. He is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and Suffolk University Law School.
